Let’s be honest – none of us expected Nintendo’s next Mario Kart title to use real RC cars and augmented reality.
That’s not the only different thing about Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit compared to the mainline series. The racers in this upcoming release will also be able to wear costumes. Something that we haven’t really seen before.
Nintendo’s Japanese Mario account on Twitter has now shared a look at some of these outfits. There’s Mario in a pirate and safari outfit, and Luigi is dressed up as a cowboy. We’ve also got some additional screenshots – check out that old school Goomba on display!
Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit launches on the Nintendo Switch on 16th October and will support up to two players. Will you be returning to the track when it arrives? Tell us down below.
